Park run with Billie kicked things off and I got back under 25 mins for 5k!!!
Excited much.
Quickly into another 5k to get home.
Then later in the day I joined in football training (Australian Rules Football) that my youngest son Billie does with a friend in the off season as part of their GWS Academy program… oooh, the colour pattern on the map is kinda cool. It’s because we did 200’s, then I did a little hills work around the edge and into kicking/running over on the field.
Plenty of joy to be running around with Billie and his mates… and progress.
