This is my note in Strava for this run. You might recall that when I first started I was up about the 1hr 7 mins for 10k. This run is already back down to 57 minutes.
My body is incredible.
It’s not about world records but it is about progress. Getting stronger feels good and faster times = getting stronger.
I haven’t felt this much in the past few years with my health.
10 minutes less for 10 km in the space of 3 weeks.
I’m feeling kinda lucky… blessed? Danielle tells me it’s not particularly normal.
I’ll take it. Every bit of it.
