Funny how I feel a little resistance sharing this. I guess it’s because I’m not ‘running’, but it’s still a good workout.
I carried a 20kg bag for 4km, it is helpful in my training and so it stands.
Finding variance in ways to train is simply smart in maintaining interest and motivation.
