With the km’s I need to get done daily to build to run a marathon, 5 on a Saturday isn’t enough.
It might be weird but I actually love knowing that. I have more to do. I need to do more.
I can’t identify necessarily why that has me feeling good right now, it might be seeing it in light of the destination or it might just be starting to appreciate running and what it’s doing for me.
Following Park Run, Danielle, Billie, and I went to the local Cafe, Mock Orange, where a good number of the Park Runners flock to.
After treats and chatting I was thinking about the km’s I need to get done.
And that I need to do some more and keep this training program on the go.
Not feeling resentful about that feels good. Actually it feels great.
So around 2 hours after finishing Park Run, I went back out.
I’m proud of my decision and effort and pleased that it didn’t feel like much of a thing.
